Nathan Stanbury Bell, 21, of 317 Barclay Road, and Margaret Louise Atamanchuck, 21, of 117 East Maynard Ave., were arrested Saturday and charged with assault on a government official and resisting arrest. According to a police report, Atamanchuck pushed a fireman out of the way while trying to put out a fire on Franklin Street. She then punched two officers in the face and kicked several more. Bell and Atamanchuck were held in Orange County jail in lieu of $300 bail.
