I'm not sure what is going on in this picture. It looks like a shirtless hippy girl or guy, I can't really tell, with flabby tits, holding what appears to be an alien/dildo/salami in a sock and a glass of juice/wine that she/he is about to dip the alien/dildo/salami into. It is really freaking me out. Please, make it stop. Or at least tell me what is actually going on in the picture.
